A Personal Touch

This logo was designed and created by me for this final portfolio. I had the idea of creating a logo with some kind of brush or pencil involved in it. I noticed that a large majority of logos were designed to be a circle, so I wanted to go down that path as well. I decided to draw a semi-circle with the brush tool for a bit of texture. I also drew a paintbrush on the side of the circle in a different color, so it stood out. I wanted to keep the color scheme in the blue range because I am color-blind and the only color I can see is blue. I also wanted to keep the font style simple. I used the same font for both of the words. I wanted to keep my initials larger than the following text box. And the text below my initials is all lowercase so they don’t look too bold and take your eye away from the logo in its entirety.
